It would seem (though no one has actually said so) that some Cllrs are gunning for me because I'm too involved in Gill Banks, The Gill, Union Lane and Mill Dam Park.
My my - I live there and have toddlers to take care of .

Great idea geoff. When the hospital site was finished and as I pursued (with you & others) the lack of promised trees I also suggested laying part of the grass area to one side for wild flowers. I even volunteered to buy a sack of seed. The hospital authorities dismissed the idea. Similarly I said I would provide bird & bat boxes for the site but that also was dismissed. The council seemed totally disinterested. The idea seemed to be that we should all be vastly grateful for being given a wondrous and faultless new health centre. What more could we possibly want?
