After any accident there must be a full investigation, its required by HSE guidelines, the law of the land.
This may prevent any latent claims!
A no fuss today can mean a major claim in the future.
This publicly voiced incident must be now fully investigated and recorded, assessed and prevented from reoccurrence.
Medical treatment and evidence should be collected and sworn statements provided alongside supporting witness statements
This event was an accident that must be investigated and must be prevented where possible.
Well done SLDC please complete the task.
My sympathies go to the injured party.
Yes councillor help SLDC with evidence and medical treatment records as to when and how the accident happened.
A no fuss now may be a smokescreen to a future claim God forbid.
SLDC have a duty to investigate all accidents .
You are quite right it cannot and must not be ignored.
