I was told it was a cat!

Could be.
But do cats go bumble-bumbley-bum ? Only the expert will know.

Many years ago I was a research sciencetist at Porton Down and we were experimenting with genetic manipulation.
The creature you see sauntering down the side walk in sheer bliss mmmmm.
It is in fact the love child of Fred and he was the head Rover in Patrick McGoohan's Prisoner and Shirley Williams.

Side walks: side walks? Wrong continent.
Sadly I interject that how can we mere 'adults' have a valid opinion; no matter enshrined in gobbledygook they are. Mind you - how do I know that you're not a turkey in diguise

Sad to hear that someone chose to waste police time at the local police station with a complaint that I was filming young children. If I understand police procedures correctly, the police will now have the woman's name and address. Why she chose to contact them could be that she was trying to get me into trouble in retaliation to something that has happened on this blog. The Salcotes Farm issue of thorns on the road, for instance. What the complainant was not aware of apparently was that we were taking the little girl out for the morning as we do every week. Neither will she have realised that the first person to comment above was in fact the girl's grandmother. We all think it's lovely to see the imagination shown by small children as they adjust to life in the 'real' world. We hope, as the result of this video, to see many more empty plastic bottles put to imaginative new uses in the days to come. In an email ealier today to New Zealand I introduced the idea down under. How many milk bottles will now morph in the days to come at the hands of the magic wands being carried in the heads of creative young children (and their teachers and parents). Troublemakers beware, the police and the public, may not in the future take too kindly to timewasters with a grudge to settle when the rest of us are enjoying life whilst admiring the behaviour of others.

Never send a "BOY" on a mans job and try to defend it!
Well done Geoff dont take them on in a duel of common sense it is unfair to pick a un'armed opponent.

Isn't it great that here on the streets of Ulverston we have such lovely people who enjoy a bit of innocent fun. By contrast we have a few screwed up people living lives of bitterness and resentment who don't get out and mix with the kind of people I meet on our Ulverston Streets. People perhaps that live in the warped worlds of TV, the Internet; of Youtube, blogs, Facebook and Twitter. Why not join the rest of us that love a walk over Hoad, over Birkrigg, along the beeches at Canal Foot, Bardsea Baycliffe and Walney. People who make time to potter around in the garden and the allotment. People that love a chat in our many friendly pubs like the Stan Laurel or simply on the street and shops as we go about our work in the centre of town - people who 'have a life' and enjoy each other's company. Avoid those the whinge with strained hard faces. Look for trouble and you'll find it - in depression, anxiety, worry leading to loss of health and strokes, the break up of relationships and in some sad cases to drugs (cigarettes, alcohol and worse) and suicide.
Come join us - turn your head up to the sun, enjoy it's warmth and think 'Thank You'.

Whilst Dr Spock(The strange one not the one with the ears)and I disagree with your Norman Rockwell interpretation of happiness, one thing of note.
Think of a child that takes his or her bottle for a walk.
That child will see Mother Earth do her thing and can return home with so many questions?.
Why does a Hedgehog do Hedgehog things, why does a Sparrow do Sparrow things.
A happy child more so than brats that spend their life anchoring the sofa to the floor and screaming for vile and vulgar video games.

It's not normal for an old man to follow a little child filming her,i'm not surprised you were reported

On the contrary it IS very normal for a grandfather to want to record his grandaughter when out for the day with her and then show it off for bemused comment. The same type of comment given by other passers by.
Is it not you who has a negative way of seeing the outside world as being made up of perverts? One encouraged by watching too much tele.
