When Cameron behaves so inconsistantly.
One rule for the rioters and another for the bankers.
Don't they both exhibit the same morality?
If we followed the same rules we would have the legal system being asked to line up the bankers receiving massive pay bonuses - which it could be argued, they steal- and sending them off to prison where they could learn a thing or two about the lives of the rioters.
It seems that capitalism as we know it has had it's day.
Expect trouble from thinking sane people; they have a bit of morality left, or are they just as selfish as the Tories in this case.
Is the problem that our commercial world is driven by pychopaths who have no empathy for the plight of others. A recent radio interview on Saturday live would suggest this - the item under "Also available" with Jon Ronson - listen from the third minute in.

This is a typical response from someone that chooses to remain anonymous.
When you can't answer the question you try to put the blame on someone else.
The problem is right across the board of Capitalism, Labour included. But at the moment Cameron with all his knowledge of the past is trying to impress us with his leadership.
At the moment I wouldn't support anyone within our 'democratic' system until they were leading an alternative to the mess we have allowed ourselves to get into.
In my opinion our society is on the way to imploding. We need to be ready for a big shake up and it will most likely come from our young people operating outside what we fondly call 'democracy'.
I have to agree with anon. Lack of a name does not,in any way, denigrate his view. Labour saw this lot coming and did precisely bugger all about it. Brown was an out and out oaf, Blair was as big a Tory as Cameron. Maybe we should all switch to the Lib Dems, remember them? They would have had us in the euro as quick as you like. How sensible!
As for the "shake up" coming from "our young people". You must be joking. The "Occupy" lot are nowt but a shower of pikeys, hippies, anarchists and spongers who feel "entitled" to free education, being paid for going to school etc. They moan endlessly about money paid to bankers yet are quite happy that the likes of Wayne Rooney are paid more in a month than they will get in benefits in 10 years! God save us from them!

I don't agree with you that the answer won't be coming in the long term from the young people.
There is too much energy and talent there to just write it off - it may take a few years to gather steam but this new engine will be a force to be reckoned with - the result is likely to be messy but in my view the present system is running into the buffers.
