Veterinarians at the Four Paws bear sanctuary in the Kosovan capital, Pristina, check the health of a rescued brown bear yesterday. Until 2010, Kosovo had no laws against keeping brown bears, and many were snatched from their mothers by animal dealers and sold to restaurants to entertain customers.    

I love this picture of a real bear. I love the viewpoint. I've beengiven a stuffed "Ted' which I now carry with me every where I go. He gives my recovering arm and hand something to do! rather than hanging down limply by my side.I may soon becomeknown as"big ted" you never know.
